Handling components

For the automation  of in-house material transport, besides the necessary transport equipment we also use innovative handling components.

These are special problem solutions developed and supplied specifically for a particular customer. The tried and tested components, once successfully brought into use, are then available – if necessary in modified form – for all our customers.

In this context we also speak of “Components with system experience” and understand this to mean aggregates which, in operation – within a complex logistical system – have proved their worth.

Overall view

High-performance process cranes
With one or more automatically operated high-performance crane units, heavy and bulky loads can be transported with great precision in a path-independent manner, and manipulated flexibly.


Stacking and de-stacking machines
With the help of a stacking/de-stacking machine long objects (tubes, bars, sections) can be automatically placed onto transport means or taken off them , in layers or individually.


Coil transport and handling equipment
A prerequisite for the fully automatic manipulation of strip material in plants that produce or process it is individual internal logistical systems – and experience in this special field of work.


Transport and storage systems for bar material
For the automated supply and storage of pre-material for extrusion, a space-saving and economical system has been developed.
